Sundance offers broad environmental compliance capabilities to assist facilities in maintaining compliance with state and federal air, water, and waste regulations. Our trained and certified environmental compliance professionals conduct multi-media environmental compliance audits and management system reviews for a variety of private and public clients, including federal civilian and defense agencies, Tribal entities, and industrial and municipal facilities. Our team of regulatory experts includes Certified Professional Environmental Auditors, Certified Hazardous Material Managers, Registered Environmental Managers, and Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Auditors. Sundance staff are also approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as Competent Auditors and have provided compliance services to customers from Alaska to Guam.

Sundance’s environmental compliance audit process tasks include pre-audit activities (audit plan, records review, and scope development), an entrance briefing for facility staff, field inspections, interviews with facility staff, records reviews, compliance determination for environmental requirements and standards, identifying the root causes of suspected areas of non-compliance, report preparation and database entry, stringent quality assurance of reports, recommendations for corrective and preventive action, an exit briefing for facility staff, and technical support and follow-up to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented.

  Characterization & Remediation

Our team of project managers, engineers, geologists, scientists, and other professionals are experienced and qualified to assess environmental liabilities and contamination impacts with specialized knowledge in the investigation, assessment, and remediation of contaminated groundwater, surface water, soils, and sediments using a diverse set of technologies and subject matter expertise.

Sundance has been providing Tribal and Community Relations support since our inception in 2005.
