Scoping comments are integrated into the Final Draft PEA. The Final Draft PEA/CMP will be available for review for 30 days, from May 17 through June 15, 2024. Please direct any comments on the PEA to wna_bnr@bia.gov
A public meeting providing information about the on-going process to initiate, scope, complete, and finalize the CMP will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, from 5 pm to 8 pm, at the To’Nanees’Dizi (formerly Tuba City) Chapter House (220 Main Street, Tuba City, Arizona). A translator will be present. The intention of the CMP is to support productive use of croplands within the Land Management District 3 area. Once final, the CMP will be a tool used to assist the BIA with policy related to management of croplands and support for local agriculture producers, including gardeners.
